Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Membership card purchases can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the card/digital membership has not been activated or used at any merchant store.
Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days via our payment partner Cashfree.
